At COANDMI LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of damage, washing, or misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Coffee Scrubs
  • Body Care Products
  • Dry Brushes
  • Massage Tools
  • Personal Care Accessories
  • Any item marked as Final Sale

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Process

To request a return:

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as COANDMI LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us before sending any item back.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Reach out to our support team

We will gladly assist you in investigating the shipment.
